Nicola qualified with an MSc in physiotherapy in 2007 after completing a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science at the University of Essex, UK. Since then, she has worked in all areas of paediatrics both in the UK and the UAE. She has been in Dubai for the last 11years and specialises in conservative treatment of scoliosis, in particular The Schroth Method, since 2017, after completing the Schroth Best practice program, and then the International Schroth Three-Dimensional Scoliosis Therapy Course (ISST) in 2021. Nicola currently works at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in a busy physiotherapy clinic, as part of Mediclinic Perform.
